JAG Club shoes are designed by Massimo Ricconi.

Massimo Ricconi chooses the most suitable lasts for his models among thousands of lasts, and begins designing.

In line with Massimo’s designs, our highly-skilled craftmen cut the pattern by hand with care. During the pattern cutting phase, the natural leather is checked up by hand-stretching method in order to ensure the quality and minimize deformation.

Then each piece of the pattern is stitched together with regard to excellence.

Stitching is one of the most significant phase of entire process that purely reveals the immaculate craftsmenship.

Inner or outer, visible or covered, each piece of JAG Club shoes are dedicated to the perfection and having the quality measured the best.

Each part of JAG Club shoes is checked numerous time before and after interrelated processes to make sure the JAG Club quality.

100% cotton interlining is placed between the inner liner and outer pattern to prevent wrinkling, cracking and deformation of the shoes. Applied with 80°C steam and then flash-frozen at -5°C. Cotton interlining is antibacterial and keeps feet dry, cool and healty.

Meticulous last molding process makes JAG Club shoes durable for many years.

JAG Club shoes are molded over the last to let the natural leather get shape of the last and kept molded for at least fourty-eight hours. This process is one of the most significant phase of our hand-made production

The sole is painstakingly trimmed, and outsole is affixed. The handcrafted JAG Club production is finished with a fire-touch method to make sure uncompromising perfection.

JAG Club shoes are boxed by craftsman thoughtfully and made ready to put on happy feet.

LEATHER: The leather JAG Club use for pattern and lining is called Vidala, produced from leather of younger calfs. Vidala is relatively so tight and delays the deformation of shoes.

INTERLINING: Placed between the inner liner and outer skin. JAG Club imports the interlining from Italy. It is %100 cotton and antibacterial, keeps feet dry and cool.

INSOLE: It is natural Laminated Latex produced from rubber tree milk. This material gets the shape of the feet and provides a comfortable step on. Enables a healthy blood circulation and reduces the effect of the unbalanced, accumulated pressure on the heel.

OUTSOLE: JAG Club prefers antistatic Italian outsole that is stored in a pool filled with coniferous water that leads the leather absorb and get saturated the liquid. By this method, unlike the commonly used ones, outsole of JAG Club shoes absorbs water up to %5 but not %70.
